Because our products are custom-made using print-on-demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer's remorse or preference changes

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delivery delays outside our control

Shipping Costs
